This hotel is a luxurious haven in the heart of the city. the exclusive amenities are unparalleled, with a private Sauna and Steam room that helped me unwind after a busy day. the staff were friendly and attentive, fulfilling all of my needs. the beautiful garden area provided a serene escape from the bustling city.
The one minor issue I encountered was that the dinner menu could have had more diversity. Nevertheless, I thoroughly enjoyed my delicious meal and the private facilities provided an elegant and intimate atmosphere.

The staff were cute, thoughtful of our dog, and provided easy outside access. The room was spacious with a big bathroom and a comfortable bed. The bar and restaurant had good food. The location was perfect for Hyde Park and getting around London.
